Interdigital - Nokia not that optimistic?

Yesterday, the market was bouyant (and so was I) about Interdigital's Form-8K announcement about the 'substantial progress' with Nokia. Today, however, Nokia sought to puncture the balloon a little bit by suggesting that it was not as optimistic as the market implied. IDCC stock has already gone back around $21 now.
Well, Nokia will settle and it will have to happen soon. Whether yesterday's Form-8K or today's rebuttal matters at all will be known in the next few months.
